                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH MCDONNELL DOUGLAS
                   INFORMATION SYSTEMS COMPANY FOR THE
                   MAINTENANCE OF COMPUTER SOFTWARE TO PERFORM
                   ENGINEERING ANALYSIS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
                   EXCEED SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY
                   ($7,560.00) DOLLARS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a maintenance agreement with McDonnell Douglas
       information systems company for the maintenance of computer
       software to perform engineering analysis in an amount not to
       exceed $7,560.00.
